Verify the carrier hostname, port, transport, TLS name and registration interval. An IP-authenticated trunk should not send credentials unnecessarily.
Identity and routing
Save one successful and one intentionally rejected test in the carrier acceptance record.
- Test P-Asserted-Identity and Diversion for direct, forwarded and transferred calls.
- Confirm DID normalization and outbound prefix removal.
- Exercise the channel limit and ordered failover trunks.
- Verify emergency caller identity and dispatchable location separately.
